Global Product Implementation Manager: Position is in the Mid-Atlantic and will be responsible for the implementation of new life insurance products both domestically and in overseas countries for this multinational insurer. Interface and coordinate with internal business functions, from project initiation through product launch to assure successful launch. Identify product requirements and implementation activities for successful product launch. Create product implementation best practices and verify compliance with Regional Product Officers through on-site reviews. Develop creative alternatives/solutions and interim work arounds to remove potential impediments to launch. Collaborate with local regional partners in the development/review of contracts (policy language, agency contract, etc.) and marketing materials. Provide illustration systems support either via collaboration with local/regional team members or external vendors or by providing interim solutions. This position requires 10+ years professional experience with individual life products. International experience preferred. Ability to interact effectively with a broad range of staff across the organization. Ability to engage in multiple projects while meeting time constraints and maintaining appropriate corporate and professional standards. Proven project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional and cross-departmental project teams with minimal direct supervision.
