Employer Services

Permanent Placement

We specialize in life and health insurance, including group insurance, and employee benefits consulting. The disciplines we search include: underwriting, sales, marketing, policyholder service, administration, claims, account management, legal, accounting and group actuarial.

Professional Temporaries

Temporary help can be obtained through J. R. Peterman Associates, Inc. Each project will have a determined hourly bill rate. Should a temporary help employee be subsequently hired by the Employer as an employee, consultant, or independent contractor, the hire will be treated, and billed, as a permanent placement.

Merger and Acquisition Search

We also assist companies in merger and acquisition activity. We receive a finders fee based on the sale value of a company for an introduction to the owner or manager of a company which leads to a completed merger or acquisition.
